Our clinic is conveniently located on the second floor office suites of Upper Yonge Place (Loblaws plaza) at Yonge and Bernard (just north of Elgin Mills). The main office entrance/lobby and parking is located at the rear of the plaza (facing Yorkland St.), near the Empire Movie Theatres. Take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor, suite 205:
